Appointments at RTP Health are arranged directly with Ryan.
This ensures you are booked into the correct appointment length, at the right time in the week, and for an issue we can genuinely help with.
It also supports the personalised and exclusive nature of the service.

Once your appointment time is confirmed, you will receive:

• a calendar invite
   
• clinic location details
   
• a welcome email with important information before your session
   

Payment is required to secure your appointment, and your receipt will be emailed to you after the session so you can claim with your private health fund or Medicare where applicable.

Your health is an investment, and securing your appointment reflects the same level of commitment we bring to every session.

Prepayment also protects the time Ryan sets aside specifically for you. As a boutique, high-demand service with limited availability, each appointment slot is valuable and prepared for in advance.
Confirming your booking ensures that time is reserved, respected and used entirely for your assessment, treatment and planning.

This approach keeps the schedule fair for all clients and allows RTP Health to deliver the level of care and attention you deserve.

Yes, you can use private health insurance for physiotherapy at RTP Health.

You pay the full consultation fee when your appointment is booked or confirmed.
After your session, we email you an itemised receipt that includes the required physiotherapy provider details.

You can then claim your rebate directly through your health fund’s app, online portal or in person.

We don’t offer general discounts on our services.
This reflects the depth of assessment, preparation and ongoing communication provided to every client.

However, RTP Health does partner with selected clubs or organisations and may offer VIP consultation rates to their registered members.
If you are part of a partnered club, please ask whether a VIP rate applies to you.

RTP Health accepts Medicare referrals under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan arranged by your GP.

The process is simple:

1. You pay the full consultation fee at the time of booking.
    
2. After your session, RTP Health lodges the Medicare claim online for you.
    
3. Medicare will then deposit your rebate directly into your bank account once processed.

To help your session run smoothly and ensure we can focus entirely on your assessment and treatment, please complete the following steps before arriving:

1. Complete the online new client form
This will be emailed to you once your appointment is confirmed.
It provides important background information so we can make the most of your time.

2. Pay your invoice
Payment is required to secure your booking. This confirms your appointment and keeps your allocated time protected.

3. Check the clinic address
Details are included in your confirmation email and calendar invite.
Please ensure you review the location so you arrive at the correct site.

4. Arrive on time
Sessions run to schedule to ensure fairness for all clients.
Arriving on time allows your full appointment to be used for assessment, treatment and planning.
