RTP Health was created with one purpose — to raise the standard of physiotherapy.
Too many athletes and everyday clients receive rushed assessments, generic rehab and unclear plans. RTP Health exists to provide the level of care people should expect from modern physiotherapy: clear diagnosis, structured planning, and treatment that genuinely supports long-term outcomes.
Our commitment is simple:
to deliver high-quality care that keeps people moving, performing and progressing.
With more than 14 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with footballers, sporting teams, active individuals and people looking to return to pain-free movement.
My passion lies in providing detailed, high-quality physiotherapy that genuinely improves performance, resilience and long-term health.
I’m dedicated to raising the bar in our profession — a commitment that has earned the trust of specialists, coaches and clients who value thorough, honest and athlete-centred care.
Alongside clinical work, I teach and mentor aspiring Physiotherapists through Bond University and Injury Influence Academy, helping shape the next generation of clinicians.
While I help clients with a wide range of injuries, my strongest interest is in lower-limb injury management and football performance — especially knees, ankles, calves, hips and groins.
I’m passionate about injury prevention, movement quality and building robust athletes who can stay active and available throughout the entire season.
I understand the demands of football because I’ve lived them — as a player, sports trainer and Physiotherapist working directly with athletes and clubs.
This experience means I understand:
When you come to RTP Health with a football injury, you receive:
My goal is to help you return to the pitch confident, prepared and performing at your best — not just for the next game, but for the long term.
Even though RTP Health specialises in football and lower-limb injuries, every client receives the same level of detail, care and commitment.
Whether you’re managing a shoulder injury, dealing with long-term back pain or recovering post-surgery, the approach remains the same:
clear diagnosis, structured planning and care focused on long-term results.
RTP Health operates strictly by appointment to ensure every client receives full, uninterrupted attention.
Appointments are tailored to individual needs, allowing time for thorough assessment, treatment and planning so you leave with clarity and direction.
