General Physiotheapy Care

Introduction

Not every problem comes from football, but pain still limits how you work, move and live. General Physiotherapy at RTP Health supports people with everyday neck, back, shoulder and joint issues, as well as more complex or longer standing problems.
The focus is on clear answers, a structured plan and high quality care that helps you move with confidence in daily life, work and sport.

Conditions We Support

We see a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including neck and back pain, shoulder injuries, elbow and wrist problems, hip and knee pain, jaw and TMJ concerns, workplace strains, postural pain and post surgical rehab.
Each issue is assessed in detail so you understand what is going on, what is driving your symptoms and how to best manage things moving forward.

What This Means For You

Pain and stiffness do not just affect a single joint. They impact sleep, concentration, work, family life and your ability to stay active.
You will receive a clear plan that fits your goals, whether that is getting through a full work week, lifting the kids, walking comfortably, returning to sport or simply feeling in control again.
The aim is not only to settle your symptoms but to build strength, movement and habits that support long term results.

“The same commitment to quality that supports our football athletes applies to every client we see.”
